Re: Russian Invasion Ukraine Day 5/6 (March 1th and 2th)
The first video is actually a friendly fire mishap. The car that was shot at was part of a convoy that was trying to escape Ukraine, in that specific car there was an Israeli-Ukrinian man, Roman Brudzkey, who was living in Ukrine in the last few years and was a famus DJ in Russia and the Ukrine (if i am not mistaken all the convoy was made up of Israeli-Ukrinian families), the convoy was stoped at a check point made up of what appears to be the militia and not the regular army and they thought that the man was a Chechen hired gun by his look, they didnt ask any questions and they just started to shoot at the car as soon as they have noticed the guy, it was a 4 minuets non stop shooting, needless to say from the amount of bullets you can see bieng shot stright at him inside the car he died. He left behind a wife and two children a girl aged 6 and a boy aged 3. |

Great question! I haven't studied Geneva in some years, but here is an excerpt from Article III (1949) with emphasis by me: I don't know what defines a conflict of "international character" today, but the bolded prescriptions should still hold. An non-uniformed yet hostile actor is not a civilian. Please correct me if I am wrong. |
