"On July 9, around 1:00 p.m., the enemy carried out an airstrike on a building during the distribution of humanitarian aid in a residential quarter of the city of Orichova, where people were at that time.

As a result of shelling, part of the building was destroyed. Residents who needed help found themselves under the rubble.

Emergency workers rescued 11 people from the rubble and transferred them to the ambulance doctors. The injured were hospitalized at a medical facility. Three women and a man died as a result of the incident.

Rescuers are conducting emergency rescue operations to search for people under the rubble of the building. Currently, the work is ongoing."

NOTE: 2 of the 4 killed were a married couple with an 8 year old son who is now orphaned. The couple were employees of the local railway and the railway company has agreed to take care of the child until he comes of age and can take care of himself.
