This video is a perfect example of the old saying that is is often better to seriously wound the other side's soldier than kill him outright. That entire crew is tied up with lugging the senior office, then exposed to the drone attack with then nearly killed another one, plus tied up the last soldier to tend to his wounds and wait for help. So wounding the boss got a lot of benefits over and above just killing him. That one injury neutralized the battle availability of the entire crew.
