It seems that the tank was immobilized by something (perhaps a mine or ATGM). One of the crew members must have thrown off his flaming coveralls, but then he was still shot.

This area was controlled by the enemy not so long ago, but from a recent video (where the Russian artillery fires "on their positions") I assume that this is already a gray area. And the video from the T-62M is a confirmation of that.

Because the control of the area looks somewhat dubious when your tank is immobilized and the crew is finished off with a gunnery."
