Well, since you ask, it is kind of suspect that they intentionally moved and managed to miss the actual impact and damage, but that’s beside the point.

The point is that so much (really, a LOT) of what you drag up to post is demonstrably bunk, but you don’t seem to care or notice.


Think about it objectively, for just as long a moment as your Soviet mind will allow:

Your propagandists endeavor to assemble minute-plus long videos displaying the battlefield prowess of “the second strongest military in the world”, 480+ days into their “three-day SMO”, and in order to assemble that desired montage the BEST they’re able to do is a couple short clips of effectual strikes against mostly unidentified/unidentifiable targets, and then fill in 90% of the space of the video with explosions going off in barren fields and woods, and even having to resort to drawing a box to identify an “enemy target” that can’t even be remotely identified, and then deceptively editing to another place and another time where an explosion happened.

What does that tell you about the actual combat effectiveness of that army being documented with such video constructs?

If by combat effectiveness you mean the capacity or performance of a military force to succeed in undertaking an operation, mission or objective, I'd say they are top notch.
