Any update on what became of them?

The story sounds suspect, imo. Like a moral booster for the Ukrainians and especially the West (to keep sending money and help to Ukraine).

If it indeed is legit, I hope they made it alive, or died fighting and not executed.
I read conflicting stuff about it. One version was that it was propaganda and that they didn't surrender. The other was that one of them was a resident of Britain.. and that he said they ran out of food, ammo and water, that they didn't have a chance so they surrendered. It's all over the place tbh..

Word on Telegram is that they largely made it out and are now with Azov. Also that the Russian encirclement of Mariupol is no longer an encirclement.

- RUS Su-25's flying low over Donbass

- RUS artillery striking UKR positions, location unknown, likely in Luhansk

- Good drone footage of a DNR tank "engaging a sniper position" in Mariupol. Looks very similar to week old ground footage also from RT. Apparently RUS forces are losing more momentum so they're airing old shit.

One thing's for sure, the arms manufacturers are smacking their lips at the thought of all the rearmament that will take place as all this old Soviet garbage gets blown up.

The Poles are
likely glad for the extra storage space. I wonder what, if anything, was offered to Poland to replace that stuff.
Honestly, it was probably cheaper for them to donate than to recycle.
