The lack of shockwave and slow-burning fuel seems to suggest that its not an ammo dump, but some kind of chemical storage/factory.
It's also very clean. Ammo dumps tend to spew out tons of burning debris.
I read some reddit/telegram posts where locals said that there was some kind of factory complex in roughly that location.
