Russia shelled a high rise building in Uman, which is near the center of the country in Cherkasky oblast. As of 06:19 local time (23:19 ET 27th April | 03:19 UTC) there are 5 injured civilians in the hospital.

The video of the woman is one of the residents of the building who says: "The rocket hit our house. We are all in blood. Children slept here "

The last three videos are the air raid sirens from different regions that preceded the attack.

EDIT: there is also a report of a Russian missile attack in Dnipro that so far, has killed a woman and a three year old child. No media yet.

"Last night the enemy attacked Ukraine again with missiles and UAVs. Terrorists targeted civilians and objects. A rocket attack on Uman damaged about 10 apartment buildings. The entire block of one of them was destroyed. People are still trapped under the rubble. Unfortunately, there are casualties, including a child. In Dnipro, terrorists' shelling claimed the life of a child. My condolences to everyone who lost their loved ones because of the Russian terror!"

EDIT: added a couple of videos, including one of the moment of the attack, and there is now reports of 10 deaths, 17 injured. Two of the deceased include two 10 year old children. Rescue efforts continue.

Russia launched a massive missile strike on multiple cities in Ukraine during the early morning hours today. See below for the updated death toll in Uman.


In Kyiv, a rocket fragment hit a residential building, injuring a 13 year old girl.



In Dnipro, a 31 year old woman and her 2 year old daughter were killed.



In Uman, the death toll has risen to 23 people, including four five children.

What were they thinking as they literally threw their life away, just like the rest of the invaders but to just completely give up, should have at least tried to get the fuck out of there other than committing obvious suicide with the cold water.
