Bakhmut. Ukrainian forces mount an operation to secure the “road of life”, the main roadway remaining that connects to the ruined city. The operation was difficult as the terrain was muddy and the Russians had jammed comms. The 1st Assault Battalion of the 3rd Assault Brigade managed to pull it off.
