Haha yes! That's a T-80 (captured from Russia) with a gas turbine instead of a diesel. It's essentially a helicopter engine in a tank. They absolutely guzzle fuel however, but the engines are typically more powerful, more reliable and can take more types of fuel.

For comparison, the tanks I was on (M1A1-SA and M1A2) are also gas turbine. Same engine as the UH-60 Blackhawk helicopter. Typically flames would not shoot out the back however...

The Abrams they used in the attack on Iraq also had to be followed around by tanker trucks with fuel. It was assumed this would be an Achilles Heel and U.S. planners were waiting to see how badly the fuel situation got, but apparently there were only 3 actual fuel tankers destroyed, so despite the fears about a combat debacle due to fuel supply issues, it turned out to be a big success and the Abrams smashed everything in their paths, with minimal losses.
