It’s definitely fake. No one is taking a blow to the head like that and NOT going to have their body twitch. Every legitimate video on here showing a severe head injury, from blunt force trauma to a gunshot - the body twitches violently for a split second. It’s just a nerve reaction.


The video shows no movement at all. The dude is sitting there then he falls back. Getting hit in the head like that would at least make SOME part of your body move but he’s totally still.
