Word is that the latest sledgehammer video was fake and a prank. Perhaps that's why there is only a censored version.

I suppose it’s a possibility. I mean. When he drops and starts twitching he didn’t seem to twitch from the other blows. And the countless other ppl Iv seen that get brained tend to do a little body pop to each blow. You see it with bullets when they get headshots and and also
Hammer blows.

His spazzing doesn’t seem to be in sync.

Like this example. Note how the arms and legs jump as the spinal cord is activated with each blow. Even when the brain is pulped they still always seem to do the body pop thing
