Footage of the aftermath of the helicopters shot down.

I saw on another channel that 2 people might have survived it.. i'll attach the vid claiming that it's one of the survivors

translated

-Trophy Stinger air defense DPR destroyed the helicopter of the Armed Forces of Ukraine near Mariupol

The People's Militia of the DPR shot down two helicopters of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, ONE of the downed Ukrainian Mi-8 helicopters was destroyed by a trained crew from the captured Stinger MANPADS captured during the liberation of the city of Mariupol.

-The second survivor was a senior lieutenant of the Main Intelligence Directorate with the call sign "Belmak". He is an airborne instructor. Repeatedly participated in the ATO. In the helicopter, he sat behind a machine gun and was supposed to provide fire cover.

-Footage of a survey of one of the survivors of the crash of a downed APU helicopter has been published.

Casually clearing a Mine field ...
Those are concrete mines, they're designed for vehicles and trigger from pressure, infantry mines like pipe bombs and claymores are usually hidden or buried, usually theres a thin thread attached to something, or they're also triggered from pressure.

Very cheap mines to produce, they can be buried if you want the traditional minefield, or you can just simply lay them where they are as a quick-minefield. Quick minefields most likely don't kill anyone, unless its a trick minefield where the visible mines have hidden mines in front of them.

You just lay them on the ground in 2 minutes and now the advancing enemy army has to spend 4-5 hours disarming them if they want their vehicles to get past. While vehicle mines aren't always the most efficient at actually destroying vehicles, they're very effective at slowing down the enemy advance to a snail's pace.

Thats what IED's did in middle-east too. Very cheap bombs made from civilian materials. Western troops could have as advanced technology they wanted, they still had to move very slowly and scan every single rock and bush on the side of the road, slowing down the speed of the convoy to a walking pace.

It does indeed, but keep in mind Yandex is Russian. The more times you use it the more likely you are to end up on a list somewhere. Just something to think about.
