It does sound like an awful lot... but like the other story I'll be keeping an eye on this one.

The sources wasn't named but I'll dig through comments to see if they name it. I'm wondering if the source I got that from added that last sentence from earlier preliminary reports. Cause yeah, that seems like a lot for a vocational school.

But it seems the sources they are talking about are the installed pro-Russian sources in Donetsk region.
