I still have seen nothing about this being a UA military base of some kind as Duntez reported. The only discrepancies I've seen is that some are stating that even though the location is being reported as Druzhkivka, it was actually Kramatorsk... but they are very close together so who knows. Looks like it was used to store humanitarian aid.

"Ice arena in Druzhkivka, Donetsk region after a Russian attack. The arena was being used as storage space for humanitarian aid."

Missile attack on Kramatorsk: more than 40 houses damaged

"As a result of the night rocket attack on Kramatorsk 34 private houses and 8 apartment buildings were damaged. A person was also wounded," said Mayor Oleksandr Honcharenko.

1. One of the buildings in Kyiv hit by a Russian rocket attack on 31st December is an event hall in the center. Videos from its surveillance cameras showing the moment of explosion were published. Usually on that day there are New Year shows for kids. Luckily, no kids were there
