Yeah, there are supposed to be 20,000 to 30,000 foreign fighters, like Americans who fought in Afghanistan and Germans who fought in Yugoslavia, plus volunteers from many other countries who have volunteered for fighting in Ukraine. This is the first evidence I have seen of an American there. I hope he does a good job for Ukraine.
