Was this the Iranian/Russian hybrid you posted about earlier?
The design for that I believe is optimised for long range (hence the propeller) but it has a low speed as a result and is an easy target.

I actually flew a similar design: it was basically a toy but with 4G mod and modified battery I was able to fly at 30KMs distance and barely made it back. (So 60KM round trip) This was super illegal at the time (maybe even more now) but at the same time it was really awesome, as if we were on a special reconnaissance mission.
