Most likely from overfiring. This seems to be a recurring issue with Russian artillery units, many of whom have inexperienced crews at this point.

Meanwhile, Azov Ukri Nazis, as if nothing had happened, are posting videos on the Internet, where you can clearly see the kindergartens they occupied. The video footage is presumably in Mariupol or Odessa. The picture is from the battles in Izyum near Kharkov, a Russophobe from the Right Sector, Yashka Tsygankov, was killed.

His last photo from the front line was taken as well in a kindergarten.
And then there will be moaning that the Russians are hitting kindergartens and hospitals..
