I'm not sure of course but I think some of those SOBR Russians are holed up somewhere taking shots at the Ukranians. If that M270 was truly in Balakliya, they sure as hell wouldn't be putting it close to any loose Russkis in the area. All it would take is one well placed rocket.

Russian arta and rocket strikes on Chuguev, Kharkiv region. It is said that Chuguev is a logistic center for supply and reinforcements four UA. If this is correct the it should complicate UA offense on Kupyansk direction.

It's just one vehicle, and at a closer look it looks like a T-62M because of the shape of the panels near the main gun. It's pretty nuts what happens to a ~35 ton vehicle when you don't armor the ammo storage. Precisely why western tanks don't do that anymore. Ammo compartment is armored and separated from the crew.

In this video a Saudi M1 Abrams is hit
by a Konkurs/Kornet and the ammo starts cooking off. The blow out panel flies off near the end. I think only the commander was in the vehicle at the time who was surely shitting his pants
