The 128th mountain assault brigade suffered heavy losses during the two days of the offensive. September 2 was declared a day of mourning in the Transcarpathian regions.

Remember those American AGM-88 HARM's that Ukraine has been using... this is what has allowed Bayraktars to operate in Kherson.

During the offensive combat operation, our comrades, soldiers of the 128th OGSHBr, died at the position of the occupiers, who, at the cost of their lives, ensured that the units reached the designated boundaries.

On September 2, on the territory of Transcarpathia, we will honor the memory of the heroes who died in the line of duty, fighting against the Russian aggressor. A regional day of mourning has been announced, state flags will be flown at half-mast, at 9:00 a.m. we will honor the memory of the soldiers with a moment of silence, religious services will be held in churches of various denominations in the region.

Our heroes are alive as long as the memory of them and their exploits lives on.
