Ours are (were?) loaded from the front of the pod with a tool that looked like a branding iron. Of course, we took the utmost precaution against static discharge lighting one off by grounding ourselves and our munitions frequently while loading.

Ah, interesting. So thermal countermeasures on one side and radar countermeasures on the other? Makes sense for when there's an "oh shit" moment for the pilot and pressing one button sends a round of both types of countermeasures

This is a Ukr BMP. I already posted this video. He speaks Russian but has a Ukr “flavor” to it. And most importantly he said “glory to Ukr” in the end
