1. June, 2025. A 19-year-old local woman from Kharkiv was recruited by russian intelligence via TG. She was paid to build a home-made explosive device using household chemicals and hide it inside the trunk of an electric kick scooter.

The operative left the scooter near a park café in Kharkiv's Industrial District. She then lured two Ukrainian military personnel to the location under the false pretense of delivering a volunteer aid scooter for their unit.

Once the soldiers approached the vehicle, russian handlers, who were watching the location via a hidden camera, remotely detonated the bomb using a mobile phone link.

A 29-year-old Ukrainian soldier was killed instantly on the scene. A second soldier, aged 26, survived but was hospitalized with severe injuries.

The Security Service of Ukraine quickly identified and arrested the woman. She was charged with committing a terrorist act under the Criminal Code of Ukraine, which carries a maximum penalty of life imprisonment.

The GUR unit Prymary destroyed a UAV assembly and repair site, a building housing personnel from the 4th Air Assault Battalion of the 108th Air Assault Regiment, a Kasta-2E radar station, a Nebo-U radar station, two P-18 radar stations, an Orion UAV, a 9K515 Tornado-S MLRS and a Buk-M3 surface-to-air missile system.

12. Strike drones are hitting energy infrastructure facilities near occupied Chystiakove in the Donetsk region. During a mass drone attack overnight on October 20–21, Ukrainian forces successfully struck critical energy infrastructure facilities and logistics depots in the russian-occupied city of Chystiakove (formerly Torez) in the Donetsk region.

The strikes caused immediate widespread power outages and blackouts across the coal-mining city, which has been under russian occupation since 2014.
