Re: Russian Invasion Ukraine Day 169/170/171/172 (Aug 12th, Aug 13, Aug 14, Aug 15)
The "Belarusian Gayun" Telegram monitoring group received information that as a result of today's explosions at the Zyabrivka Belarus airfield, a number of equipment stationed at and near the military airfield may have been destroyed. ▪️According to still unconfirmed data, a T-72 tank caught fire at night and detonated the ammunition, destroying about 10 rounds of ammunition. ▪️The confirmation of this information is the fact that this afternoon around 11:00 in the direction of Zyabrivka, the movement of an MAZ of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus with the inscription "mining" was observed. ▪️In addition, Defense Blog, citing its intelligence source, reported that a Russian illumination and guidance radar (RPN) 92Н6Е exploded at night in Zyabrivka. In turn, this means that if the information is reliable, then at least part of the S-400 "Triumph" air defense system division, which are at the airfield, are now disabled. Since the RPN is part of the SAM complex. Currently, the collection and clarification of information is ongoing. |

Re: Russian Invasion Ukraine Day 169/170/171/172 (Aug 12th, Aug 13, Aug 14, Aug 15)
Unfortunately, my knowledge of Russian ERA is pretty iffy, but wonder if the stuff is missing simply because it's been stripped for parts or souvenirs. Looks like it's been sitting for a while as well. I haven't been a tanker for a couple decades but do get to drive two privately own tanks on occasion, the -80BVM reminds me of the vehicles that are being cannibalized to keep the "good" ones running. I also have no idea what the dude is saying, don't know if I'd trust him either as I don't find fidelity in much coming from either side.

When those first few "no ERA panels" pics/vids came out I was like no way. At this point it seems to be a thing they're finding here and there 80BV and BVM captures seem to be prized among the ZSU. Plus better engines |

Yeah I remember the rocks one. The egg cartons one I believe were placeholders for the actual plates which weren't in there.

- Russian BM-27 Uragan (incorrectly identified as a BM-21 Grad) cooks off violently and starts a huge fire.
