1. Shooting down an enemy drone.

2. Drones catching up on enemy on bikes and destroying them.

3. The 42nd Motor Rifle Brigade neutralized 7 invaders, hit an enemy tank, a car, an armored vehicle, 2 enemy antennas, and enemy shelters in the Novopavlivka area.

4. The 414th Separate Strike Unmanned Air Systems Regiment, aka Magyar's Birds, showing their latest hits.

5. The Sting interceptor and the Hornet Vision system are critical components of the 414th "Birds of Magyar" Brigade’s advanced drone operations.

These technologies, developed by the Ukrainian MilTech group Wild Hornets, have fundamentally shifted the cost-balance of air defense.

The Sting is a specialized quadcopter-style loitering munition designed specifically to hunt and destroy enemy Shahed/Geran strike drones and reconnaissance UAV's like the Orlan-10.

The Sting has flight speeds of up to 213 mph (343 km/h), allowing it to chase down fast-moving targets and can operate at altitudes up to 10,000 ft (3,000 m).

It features a tactical operating radius of approx. 25 km but the Hornet Vision is a digital control architecture that powers these interceptions, enabling precision at extreme ranges.

A pilot from the Bulava unit (part of the 414th Brigade) set a world record using this system. He successfully intercepted two Shahed drones while being physically located 500 kilometers away from the drone's launch point.

As of March Sting drones have reportedly destroyed over 3,900 Geran drones and thousands of other reconnaissance UAV's.

While a traditional air defense missile, like the Patriot, can cost millions, a single Sting unit costs approximately $2,100.

6. A real shitty day for this ocupier.

7. Flying Skulls and Special Operations Forces hunting and destroying the enemy and their equipment.

8. Volunteer reconnaissance unit Signum, being part of the 53rd Mechanized Brigade, at work hunting for the enemy and their equipment.

9. An Ukrainian ground drone blows up a building where the occupiers were hiding in.

10. Sowa FM is a specialized Ukrainian drone unit operating as part of the 81st Airmobile Brigade and focusses on aerial reconnaissance and precision strikes.

11. Drones attack and destroy 18 invaders in Sergeevka in the Donetsk region.

12. The Predator Brigade conducting several drone droppings to eliminate the occupiers.

13. The Zlyuki Bobry unit of the 46th Separate Airmobile Brigade in the Novopavlivskyi direction using drones to eliminate invaders that were trapped in barbed wire at defense lines.

14. Meanwhile in the Pokrovsky direction enemy assault are stopped and destroyed.

15. A Vampire strike drone drops some bombs and takes out 6 occupiers near Huliaipole in Zaporizhzhia.

Re: Russian Invasion Ukraine. Day: 1508-1517 (April 11 - April 20)

I am no longer seeing ANY organized Russian battle formations. In thinking back, I have not actually SEEN ANY in about 6-8 months.

I wonder how long until the Ukrainians simply push the Russians back out of their country. There doesn't seem to really be any organized attacks or resistance on the part of the Russians. Every Russian who even approaches a Ukrainian position, soon runs away or is killed. I also notice the Ukies are maintaining their Russian loss rates. The Russians are NOT advancing, but are still losing men at a huge rate. I don't see how this can go on much longer. Although with Trump helping Putin at every opportunity, I can see it would have ended earlier without Trump's interference.

Re: Russian Invasion Ukraine. Day: 1508-1517 (April 11 - April 20)

The Russians are NOT advancing, but are still losing men at a huge rate.
They, on average, advanced 70 meters near Pokrovsk and Bakhmut. Often treelines etc. That means around 2.1 kilometers for the entire month of March.

However they are often losing larger chunks of territory in other sectors as in Zaporizhzhia or Kherson due to Ukrainian counter attacks.

In March russia actually saw a net loss of approx. 31 square miles (80 km²). In the South, Ukraine liberated over 400 square kilometers (154 sq. miles) since late January. They almost cleared the Dnipropetrovsk Region from russians. Past 3 weeks they regained significant ground in the Oleksandrivka Sector.

Ukrainian forces carried out approximately 6,300 interceptor drone sorties in February successfully destroying more than 1,500 russian UAV's and at the frontlines they sometimes do 1,150 FPV drone strikes a day on enemy troops and equipment.

In March russia launched a record 6,462 drones. This included a single-day record on March 24, when they launched 948 drones.

Ukraine reported reaching parity with russia in long-range drone strikes. Ukraine aims to procure 7 million drones by 2026, which would increase daily consumption to over 19,000 systems.

In the North at the Northeast side of Pishchane in the Kupyansk direction and near Velykyi Burluk they also made tactically significant gains in April and created a buffer zone.

AWESOME to hear! The initiative is now seemingly all in Ukraine's hands. I hope the Ukrainians will start to target Russian battlefield command posts and staging areas. Russian officers should be made to feel VERY apprehensive about just being NEAR the front!
