It just dawned on me that this picture of the woman and her kids that has been circulating in the news was caught on video. Someone posted it here early on. It had a UA civilian in a black puffy jacket? with an AK strapped near a fence or something and he said something to the camera person. It looked as if the cameraman were standing in a doorway of a corner store. Then puffyjacket AK guy realizes a mortar is getting ready to land but it's too late.. someone drags him off to the left side of the frame. But across the street.. where the yelping dog is in a pet carrier.. it's the woman and the kids. It is easily cross referenced with the fencing and overhead wires on the ground. Idk if anyone is familiar with the photo, but it was ran on NYT front page recently and has been discussed quite a bit. Apparently she worked for a silicon valley firm and was well respected/loved. She was attempting to flee during the so-called "ceasefire." *edit* found the vid from march 4/5? Deleted, repost   ·  ·  ·  · |

-In Chernihiv, as a result of an air strike on the morning of March 13, a residential nine-story building was destroyed - State Emergency Service. There was a collapse from the 2nd to the 9th floor, the house caught fire. According to preliminary information, 1 person died, 1 was injured, 7 were rescued. |

The vid is a secondary view of that spectacular vid of a helo being taken out. The audio however.. seems to be common in these types of vids... I wouldn't be able to tell you how to find it or what it is.
