Ukrainians decided to test whether the "Kevlar" helmet supplied from Israel, purchased with private donations, would withstand a 9x19 bullet from 10 meters. The result is a through penetration, the bullet went through it twice.

This is misleading; if somebody was wearing the helmet, depending on the bone density, the bullet would only go in once! So the helmet is actually 50% stronger than depicted in the video.
The person wearing it would still be dead though
