Who knows where all this staff is coming from like “kacap” for Russians or “hohol” for Ukranians. I can only guess Ukrop is kind of short for Ukrainec ( Ukranian) or it could be short for UKROPidr ( ukroFag)
So Dill, In this case is like a weed that grows everywhere .. idk. With little imagination we could make every word an insult.
