Long story short - moral is low, a lot of deserters. Commanding officers refuse to stay with them on the front line leaving them on their own as a groundbeef.. Big difference between Russian officers and Ukranian who’s willing to lead their guys by example.

And this is sad video. Ukr guys looking straight at the drone. And then we see the same guys after artillery strike… feel really bad for them. This drone shit brings new experience for artillery units, almost like a close combat fight when you see your enemy’s eyes.. and IMO this is not a good experience, unless you really hate your enemy. Feels almost like an execution
