Oof. I've seen equipment fail but it looks like this guy didn't have instruction. I'm sure there's failures here and there but 50%? I've only seen one javelin used but every AT4 I saw (many) went off. But then again that's a Swedish unit.

It probably needs a lock-on. Also they never train with live rounds so there could be that. I don’t think they are that unreliable.
