Holy crap, this is an intense close combat knife fight. I don't usually get phased by gore videos and there isn't much gore in this video, but its intense as hell.

The Ukrainian lost and in the end, he tells the ruzz that he is already dead( with all the arteries cut ) and asks the ruz to just let him die peacefully.

PS: Looks like the ukr guy was already hit before the knife fight. His hands appear to be bloody when he approaches the building.( the comments in the source claim that he took a bullet before approaching the building )
What he could have done, in hindsight is, imo, keep distance and call backup. He has a long range weapon and the house is( looks to be ) made of cinderblocks. If you know that someone is inside, don't shoot at the windows or doors, shoot systematically through the walls. Shoot next to the window or next to the door, and start moving across to the other possible hiding place. I.e start shooting from the right side of the window and move towards the door, moving each shot forward by half of the width of a mans torso.
