Re: Russia/Ukraine War Mobilization, Protests & Sabotage Media V

1. On December 14, the SBU, together with the Tavria Special Operations Command, the Ukrainian Special Operations Command, conducted a unique multi-stage special operation. The goal was to cut off the logistical routes of fuel supplies from Crimea to the temporarily occupied territories of Zaporizhia.

Initially, the 13th Main Directorate of the Military Counterintelligence Department of the SBU organized a sabotage operation to blow up the tracks while a train with tanks was moving near the village of Alekseyevka, Bilmatsky district.

When it stopped and part of the tanks began to burn, the HIMARS MLRS of the Tavria military unit came into play. The missiles hit the locomotive and the end cars so that the enemy could not stretch the tanks and save some of the fuel.

As a result of the special operation, a locomotive and 40 tank cars were destroyed, and an important railway line that supplied russian troops was put out of action for a long time.

2. The explosion occurred on December 14 in the railway district of Ulyanovsk, on a line near the Sviyaga River, a few kilometers from the local locomotive depot and the Ulyanovsk Motor Plant.

That's what I like to see, targets taken out that supply the enemy with fuel & munitions.
Keep it up !

Re: Russia/Ukraine War Mobilization, Protests & Sabotage Media V

A bomb hidden in an electric scooter has killed a senior general in charge of nuclear protection forces in Moscow, Russia’s investigative committee said.

Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov, who was chief of the Troops of Radiological, Chemical and Biological Defence, was killed on Tuesday outside an apartment building on Ryazansky Prospekt.

“Igor Kirillov, the head of the radiation, chemical and biological protection forces of the armed forces of the Russian Federation, and his assistant were killed,” the investigative committee said.

Al Jazeera’s Maria Shapovalova reporting from Moscow said according to residents, there was a lack of surveillance cameras in the area where the attack took place.

“Residents of the residential complex where the explosive device went off … have been complaining for years about the lack of normal video surveillance. The cameras were not recording what was happening … on those block of flats,” she said.

According to a law enforcement official, the explosive device “had a capacity of some 300 grams in TNT equivalent”, Russian outlet Tass news agency reported.

Photographs posted on Russian Telegram channels showed a shattered entrance to a building littered with rubble and two bodies lying in the blood-stained snow.

A criminal case has been opened.

Russia’s radioactive, chemical and biological defence troops are special forces who operate under conditions of radioactive, chemical and biological contamination.

On Monday, Ukrainian prosecutors charged Kirillov in absentia with the alleged use of banned chemical weapons in Ukraine, the Security Service of Ukraine said, according to the Kyiv Independent.

Russia denies those accusations.

In October, the United Kingdom sanctioned Kirillov and the nuclear protection forces for using riot control agents and multiple reports of the use of the toxic agent chloropicrin on the battlefield.

Chloropicrin is an oily liquid with a pungent odour known as a choking agent that was widely used during World War I as a form of tear gas. The Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) specifically prohibits its use.

Russia has said it no longer possesses a military chemical arsenal but the country faces pressure for more transparency over the alleged use of toxic weapons.

Ukraine’s Security Service, the SBU, said it had recorded more than 4,800 uses of chemical weapons on the battlefield, particularly K-1 combat grenades, since February 2022.
Fuckers like this prick who not only endorse but help make chemical weapons to be used on the field need offing IMO.

It is surprising that the little scooter can hide/hold so much explosive, especially looking so in-tact post-explosion. But it is hard to argue the source looking at the scorch mark on the building.

Re: Russia/Ukraine War Mobilization, Protests & Sabotage Media V

Investigators say they arrested Uzbek citizen suspected of involvement in explosion that killed Lt Gen Igor Kirillov.

The 29-year-old had allegedly been recruited by Ukrainian special services and promised $100,000 and travel to the European Union, the news agency Tass reported, citing the country’s domestic spy agency, the FSB.

The man was arrested in the village of Chernoye in the Balashikha district of Moscow.

The Kremlin said the Ukrainian “nazi regime” was behind Kirillov’s killing.

“We understand who our enemy is and what they are capable of. This once again proves the legitimacy of our actions during the special military operation,” the Kremlin spokesperson, Dmitry Peskov, said.

The investigation was “progressing quite effectively”, he added.

The general’s assassination marks yet another embarrassing milestone for russia’s powerful FSB intelligence services, which have been distracted by the war in Ukraine and a relentless crackdown on political opposition at home.

I must admit that they knew what they were doing by leaning that scooter against the wall like that as it would have helped with the direction of the blast, projecting most of the blast force towards the front & sides to eliminate their target.

A scooter is also an excellent choice as not only would see it as not a threat but the battery packs on them can be quite large & you could quite easily mold a charge into the shape of a battery pack & attach it to the scooter before leaning it on the wall like they did ready to detonate.
I would also say that this was a remote detonation, so someone had a front row seat.

Rifle shot would have been easier IMO but I suppose that they wanted to make a statement.

Niiiiiiice!

Laser weapons are cool and were technically possible for a long time but their main problem is the fact that high energy laser beam, heat the air they are going trough and this cause diffusion so even if they are cool and very effective and basically guaranteed hit if your reticule is well properly. They cannot work in long range, short range use like this is totally possible.

There are actually quite powerful and portable lasers you can buy as a civilian. Take one such laser and strap it onto a drone, then go and carry out all kinds of acts of sabotage. You dont need to kill people with it, all you need is to burn a tiny hole into something that is flammable or explosive, like a fuel tank of a vehicle. You could also just start fires at night and burn shit down, without losing your drone(as is the case with thermite )

There are actually quite powerful and portable lasers you can buy as a civilian. Take one such laser and strap it onto a drone, then go and carry out all kinds of acts of sabotage. You don't need to kill people with it, all you need is to burn a tiny hole into something that is flammable or explosive, like a fuel tank of a vehicle. You could also just start fires at night and burn shit down, without losing your drone(as is the case with thermite )
The strongest you could buy as a civilian would be a cleaning laser, if you modify it to shot only at one spot, you could melt trough a can of paint after 20 seconds. It cannot damage any type of military armor. The machine making making the laser weight at least a 100 pound and would require a good generator.

For the kind of lazer needed for a system like the trident. You need industrial generators that fit in containers.

Also it's already illegal and a war crime to use lazer against infantry, it just too easy to make blinding lasers and armies would get stucked in a gay fight of blinding the other side permanently over 20 km aways... you take a piss and suddenly you're permanently blinded and disabled. So our leaders signed agreement to make them illegal. Which remind me of the pettiness of modern war... "let's kill each other but let's avoid all the OP stuff or else we just won't be able to deal with each other's methods"
