Its crazy how different parts of Russia treating their mobilized ones. Get your army mobilized and see who's been stealing shit for years and didn't give a fuck in general. While other regions finishing their 2nd week of training,this guys are out on the streets and didn't even make yet to the training polygons...well if the video is fresh
