I also wonder if this group has any nationalist ties. I don't think the Ukrainian nationalist community is fond of Zelenskyy nor Russia.

I dont think they are nationalists. Rather Ukrs who thinks that their country is just an "exchange coin" ( does it make sense in eng? it does in Russian tho lol) between West and Rus. They think both sides harming their homeland equally and their only way is neutrality or "your own country interests only".
