Re: Russia/Ukraine War Discussion/thoughts Thread
RUSSIAN OFFENSIVE CAMPAIGN ASSESSMENT, JUNE 3 https://www.understandingwar.org/bac...essment-june-3 Key Takeaways - Russian forces conducted unsuccessful assaults southeast and southwest of Izyum and west of Lyman but remain unlikely to secure major advances towards Slovyansk. - Russian forces made minor gains in the eastern part of Severodonetsk, but Ukrainian forces continues to launch localized counterattacks in Severodonetsk and its outskirts. Russian forces did not attempt to launch assaults on Avdiivka. (Whiskey's note: There have been several Ukranian telegrams that claim limited successful counterattacks in Severodonyetsk) - Russian forces failed to regain lost positions in northeastern Kherson Oblast and continued to defend previously occupied positions. - Russian occupation authorities began issuing Russian passports in Kherson City and Melitopol, though they continue to face challenges establishing societal control over occupied territories and ending Ukrainian partisan actions. (Whiskey's note: Obtaining a Russian passport widens the ability for Russian law to draft eligible males into the Russian Federation military, there is a sizable partisan effort especially in Melitopol to discourage citizens from obtaining Russian passports) |

The UKR guy in the middle is saying: “Well look at these bitches posing in front of the camera. In about 60 minutes they will be retreating and crying to command needing a medevac for just minor shrapnel wounds. I actually put some money on it so we will see how it goes” |

It's ok, freedom of speech. Interesting that such an important food supply was so easy to disrupt. I hope in my lifetime people stop wasting energy eating crap moved around the world. I do this in Stellaris too though, one big stupid green planet and then if there is a crisis everyone starts starving.

Agree, they need to produce local everywhere which is 100% possible with green houses or vertical farms or whatever. Still it appears the media war is slowly losing its power; people with UKR refugees are already unhappy with the conflict lasting this long not to mention their economies going down the drain. Only russia china and America profit from this (America because their economy would have been even worse with a more powerful euro/Europe) |

Faust, is there anyone who is happy that the war is going long? I think neither your friends in the kremlin are. For christ sake, your babbeling is hard to keep serious.
