That's not entirely correct, quite a few American and European "conservatives" with positive opinions, especially those slowly voicing converns over uh.. sanctions, have likely been on the receiving end of rubles into some mexican bank account for some time.

Im sure Rus don't keep count or at least not going to add LDNR losses to their count, its on them. And im kind of sure that Ministry of Internal Affairs would logically have to have their number separate from the army as this is two different institutions tho.
