Nothing about the 2014 war was organic, completely instigated by Russia, perpetuated by Russia, and any accusation of civilians dying lies better of the feet of Russia who never had any business violating in the borders of Ukraine in anyway as it had promised not to do so via the Budapest memorandum. Except it wasn't, an indepdent Chechnya existed for over 8 years because Russia lost the 1st Chechen war.

Not even a smart Russian lie. 2008 war was entirely planned and orchestrated by Russia. Russia moved forces that did an exercise that was a dress rehearsal of the invasion weeks before the conflict started, then kept the troops nearby in position until the order was given. Almost exactly like with Ukraine.

Also, Russians were not part of the UN mission to Georgia. And Russia in fact opposed the UN presence.

Russia created the anti maiden movement with intelligence services, armed it, and obviously did enter Ukraine since it was Russian soldiers that not only appeared all over Crimea as 'little green men' but also entered the Donbass in the Fall of 2014 in order to save their collapsing proxy pets. And were present at battles such as Ilovaisk among others.
