Re: Russia/Ukraine War Discussion/thoughts Thread

BTW he banned from the website or RUS/UA war threads only?
The whole site I believe. His avatar disappeared and when they get the title "So fucking banned" I believe that's site-wide.

I remember both times he got infracted before. Three strikes you're out. Both for trolling/insulting me and one other person he disagreed with, can't remember who

Can anyone help me make sense of Darya Duginas funeral on how it’s possible to have an open casket after a car bombing Assassination? I mean I seen how mangled the body was in that video?
That photo of her on the street, the lower half was clearly mangled but you couldn't even see her upper half. Mortuary workers can make someone look pretty good if the head/face is intact I would think

It would appear that silver bullet's behavior was not sustainable
Lol, I feel bad but that was funny. I think Silver made some valid points, especially his latest post. Somebody must have seen he was reasonable. He felt trolled I guess and acted upon it but i never think he meant harm. Sad to see him go, but history will be on his side I am 85% sure, so that is worth a thousand forums for anybody at least

I remember that one time where he was civil and even conceded a couple pro-Ukranian points and I thought who the fuck abducted silver bullet and replaced him with something else. Oh well

Re: Russia/Ukraine War Discussion/thoughts Thread

yeah you went different direction from the intention of this law. I can say that whenever there is a poor family and there are a lot of them in US, government pays out to this families to support them. The more kids poor folks have, the more money they get from the government. Aint that the same thing? Probably because ur initially charged with some sort of hate towards Russia you tend to look at things from the negative corners when positive is right in front of you. No racism just a fact from my life experience, I hired an African American to do some cleaning around the job site...he was lazy as fuck and slow. He worked fo me 1 week and then I had to let him go. So he said he has 3 kids and gets 5K a month for them. And I was like wow you really had a business plan didn't you. He smiled back and that was it. IMO 2 years worth of wages is deffinetly not enough to make me and my wife go for 10 kids don't you think so too?
Also, if US didn't have this much immigrants coming every year, what population rate would be positive or negative? and if it was negative would you consider financial stimulus pay out to the young families to support their new child and make sure parents are covered financially for at least a year, so they could stand strong on their feet.
Please know, I hold no generalized hate for Russian people. They are humans just like me. I do not agree with what the president, the government and it's surrounding support systems are doing in a few regards but mainly their invasion of Ukraine. But I don't generalize the entire population of the country over my negative feelings about the government.

There are evil and innocent people in every country, in every society, of every race (same with lazy and slow ) But I am definitely NOT one of the people fucking off the entire country of Russia. Not my style. I am also not someone running around bragging about how wonderful the United States is, with a holier than thou attitude. I love my country... I have many friends and family members including two parents who sacrificed a lot serving to defend it... but we have some serious issues and I'd be an idiot to deny that.

Yes, America has a "welfare" system, and a program called "Women Infant Children" (WIC) where certain food groups are given for free to mothers and their children. It's a great program for those of us who really need it... but of course it's abused bigtime here. I used the WIC program 25 years ago while pregnant and the first year or two of my daughter's life. I was a single mother working full time, living completely on my own with her. After daycare expenses, rent, utilities, it helped bring basics into the household such as milk, bread, juice, and cheese. I also was getting no help from her father, so I didn't have much choice for a time.

I suppose the difference is that we are not being promised a medal if we have at least 10 children, raise them "right", educate them and whatever else is required for the program in Russia. I guess I'm just stuck on the 10+ number... and the medal. lol Perhaps it all is very comparable to the US welfare system and perhaps you're correct in that my feelings about Putin and the RF is what makes me skeptical.

I do appreciate the ability to talk about this stuff rationally with you. That's rare so I may periodically pick your brain on such things.

“ I have many friends and family members including two parents who sacrificed a lot serving to defend it...”

Defended it from what? Countries with no access to clean drinking water?
But in all fairness, if you think that was defending then you would probably understand what Russia is doing is closer to actual defence.

Thank you! I like conversations like that.
I’m glad you got it together and took care of your daughter. And ofcause it’s awesome this WIC program actually served its purpose in your case. And fuck that guy if I may say so. Never understood people who willingly leave their kids behind.

I think the question is not from who ( it’s irrelevant) but what. And the answer is - interests of US and its people I assume.
