Well birthing multiple human beings at the request or payment/recognition of your government and doing something well in school or a job are dramatically different things. Maybe that's why I don't understand.

If the government weren't offering these things, would those children still be born? Is that not a moral line that shouldn't be crossed? Don't have kids to get paid or recognized, have them because you want to have them, love them, and raise them.

Reproducing for your government. Just doesn't seem like a good idea to me. lol But I am very skeptical of mostly everything in life.

No disrespect meant at all, perhaps there are just things about being from Russia and the culture there that I couldn't possibly know about. Knowledge is power, so I had to ask.

I totally agree, procreation with the purpose of reward/recognition/political purposes is bizarre to me.

Not sure if it's still this way in some states but it used to be your welfare checks here in the US depended on the amount of children. Didn't take too long for state/federal government to figure out people were having more children just to get a bigger check while doing nothing.

yeah you went different direction from the intention of this law. I can say that whenever there is a poor family and there are a lot of them in US, government pays out to this families to support them. The more kids poor folks have, the more money they get from the government. Aint that the same thing? Probably because ur initially charged with some sort of hate towards Russia you tend to look at things from the negative corners when positive is right in front of you. No racism just a fact from my life experience, I hired an African American to do some cleaning around the job site...he was lazy as fuck and slow. He worked fo me 1 week and then I had to let him go. So he said he has 3 kids and gets 5K a month for them. And I was like wow you really had a business plan didn't you. He smiled back and that was it. IMO 2 years worth of wages is deffinetly not enough to make me and my wife go for 10 kids don't you think so too?
Also, if US didn't have this much immigrants coming every year, what population rate would be positive or negative? and if it was negative would you consider financial stimulus pay out to the young families to support their new child and make sure parents are covered financially for at least a year, so they could stand strong on their feet.

I replied and then saw your message. You mentioned the same thing. Law was made to make sure kids from poor families have a shot to make it. But there are people who uses this law the way it never meant to be.
