Sitting in a bushes for 8 years you call it fighting experience? When they practically got smashed, especially near Illovaisk and Debalcevo. If anything their artillery got lots of experience, I’ll give them that. Dead civilians on Donbas side would be the proof. Other then that after Syria and Ossetia Russians got more experience obviously. Plus if you think that UA forces gain so much battle experience since 2014, then don’t forget about DNR and LNR police forces that been fighting in Mariupol as well

Tactical is on a battlefieldagainst enemy forces, the other one, strategic (non-tactical) is for use against civilians. Like Hiroshima or Nagasaki

Remember that we are talking about weapons made by the retarded state Russia. They won't be accurate enough to give them the option of hitting only military targets.

In Russia you are being rewarded for kissing the ass of the leader, not for being bright/talented/good at your job. I guess that is why Russia has so many successful internet/media trolls, because in that occupation kissing the ass of the leader = doing a good job.
