Putin loves to play mind games and he cares little for life, his own side included. Well documented and you know it. Russian military has few tools in their bag - the main one is an 8lb sledge hammer and it matters little where it lands. They're known for it and don't even attempt to play dumb about that.

I've never been there but that's where my dad learned to be an alcoholic, so you are probably wise to avoid it. Chicago I mean, Canada you just gotta watch out for that dude from Tusk, which is reason enough for me not to ever go.
