Considering we live in a world where the richest 10% own 76% of the wealth, it's not surprising that a lot of the developing countries doesn't like the West nor NATO. That being said, I doubt those that are free to speak their own opinion like China or Russia more.

And even if they do know what it is, they're most likely borderline retarded so an opinion on the matter is irrelevant.

But the world doesn't care about the opinions of fascist empires like Russia and China. Tout how many Chinese there are all you like; their government is as manifestly evil as that of Putin and there is no morale equivalency between them and their enemies/rivals.

Anyway, I'd say most of the world is fine with NATO because the majority of North & South America are, most of Europe, Japan, South Korea, Australia, Turkey, large parts of ME are US allies, and most of the rest of Asia outside Iran, China, North Korea, and Russia are ambivalent about NATO. And Africa is either divided or ignorant or doesn't care.
