There's a Telegram site out there, can't remember which one, which publishes the phone #'s of Russian servicemen in Ukraine. They pretty much all have Ukranian country codes.

And nobody ever noticed this?

Good thing the Ukrainian phone companies keep those lines open. How would all those investigative journalists otherwise get their evidence

I meant executed by the Kiev regime or surviving Azov militia as traitors. Russia should not harm them obviously (they should catch the ball cutter and put him on trail actually)
