Several people I know got in deep shit for coming out of the rugby club with beer and food to sit on the grass and cheer on the large Support Command building at RAF Brampton as it burned down in the early 1990's....a bit like this but lasted a hell of a lot longer as the whole 3 story structure burnt to the ground!! It was a painter and decorator who stored his crap in a stairwell and the chemicals reacted and whoomphhh up she went!  It was fortunately after work hours so very few where in the building and all got out without any problems. If I wasn't such a lazy fucker I'm sure I could find pictures online somewhere...  |
