Yes and no. This is basically the only interesting part of the video. The first ~7.5 minutes are just a brief history of IS and how great it is and how they're going to kill all the Shia etc, etc, etc.

Then this clip with the mass beheading, then about 3 minutes of more talking about how great IS is and how various groups around the world have pledged allegiance to them.

Then a photo alleged to be Peter Kassig's head which then cuts to Jihadi John going all 'rah rah IS is great we're going to kill all you crusader infidels'
