Yemen

Muslim channels are reporting that IDF is leasing land on Dahlak Island off African coast for a Naval Base in close striking distance to Yemen. This naval base reported launched the 08/28/2025 strikes on Sanaa that killed 20 Yemen military leaders in conference.

Muslim channels report that in light of the IDF strike, the Yemeni Security Council plans to hold future meetings at secret locations. Unconfirmed reports list Feli al-Gruen al-Doma as the new Supreme Houti commander.

Israeli PM gave the orders to officially start the Gaza City campaign. Over the past days IDF already tightened the noose and took like 40% of Gaza City surburbs.

This highrise building was used by Hamas and got attacked with a 15 minute warning. Likely no one was harmed, even press crews were already there. Doubt you win wars like this. IDF is chewing on Gaza since almost two years, so I won't expect Blitzkrieg now. Seems they still take their time with all these evac orders, warnings and supplying the enemy. At this rate their grandchildren will still fight this war.

Newly appeared Oct 7th footage. Moshav Netiv Ha’Asara, Taasa family home. Two terrorists threw a grenade into the family shelter. Gil Taasa jumped on the grenade to save his two youngest sons. He was killed. They spared the minors, but the way the terrorists used the fridge... haunting.

The story could end here. But its the Middle East. Or Taasa, the eldest son of the family was on vacation at Zikim Beach. In the morning of Oct 7th he and his friends tried to shelter in the public bathroom building. But Hamas Naval Commandos killed everyone. According to a UN hearing, Or Taasa was shot into his head, seven times. Likely the one lying dead inside the last cabin. Hamas published a similar vid just after the murders without censorship.

3 September 2024. The IDF has reportedly killed an elite Hamas commander who led the invasion of Moshav Netiv Ha’asara on October 7, and who was filmed drinking Coca-Cola from the fridge of a home there moments after murdering a man in front of his young children inside the same home.

Israeli outlets report, without citing sources, that the Israeli victim’s family was told yesterday that the IDF and the Shin Bet have now taken out Ahmed Wadiyya in an airstrike that killed eight Hamas members near Gaza City’s al-Ahli Hospital.

Wadiyya, said to be a company commander in Hamas’s elite Nukhba forces, raided the Israeli community on the morning of October 7 using a paraglider, and oversaw the massacre of 22 residents.

One of the victims was Gil Taasa, 46, who had been in his home with his two youngest sons, Koren, 12 and Shay, 8.

The two terrorists. Mohammad Taha (21, from Qatanna) and Muthanna Amro (20, from Qubeiba). Qatanna and Qubeiba are Palestinian villages in Samaria.

Another Palestinian drove them to Ramot Junction. He was arrested.

The bus driver (an arab Israeli) could have been involved as well. According to an eyewhitness, the driver got a call, grabbed his stuff and just left the bus. With doors open. Seconds later the perps entered and shot at everyone inside.

Vid1: CCTV footage. Fleeing crowd. An armed civilian (red circle) approached the bus. From the other side an off duty soldier did the same. Both were able to take out the shooters.

Vid2: Dashcam footage. You see ppl fleeing the scene. A heroic taxi driver, instead of running away, saves his passenger: An elderly woman. Seems two bullets hit the bus window next to him. He was honored by Isr. president Herzog with a personal phone call.

At the end several armed civilians and soldiers moving towards the terrorists.

Vid3: The two terrorists dead on the ground.

Vid4: One of the murdered rabbies in front of the bus.

Vid5: The scene from farther away. Most victims were inside the bus. No footage.

IAF just anounced a decapitation strike in Doha (Qatar). Hamas leadership abroad was about to meet to discuss the latest terms on the table (release all hostages for end of war, disarmament etc @ D.J.T.). Hamas started with their usual delaying tacitcs and most likely US and Israel lost faith that they'll ever agree to a deal.

Pic1 - Senior Hez military commander Wasim Said Jibai was attacked in an airstrike. Images circulated after the strike showed Jibai alongside slain Quds Force chief Qassem Soleimani and Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah. The deceased Jibai was key in advancing Iran funding, weapons procurement and rocket-launching plans against Israel during the war.

A drone fired by Yemen’s Houthis hit the entrance of a hotel in Eilat on Thursday evening, causing damage but no injuries.

In the following hours, two more drones from Yemen were intercepted, and later in the evening, the Houthis fired a missile at Israel, which sparked sirens throughout the country’s center but was also shot down by Israeli air defenses.

Footage from Eilat showed the moment the explosive drone struck a hotel in Israel’s southernmost city on Thursday afternoon. The strike caused damage but no injuries, according to authorities.

“Officers have secured the impact site, and police bomb disposal experts are working to both identify the object and remove the remains,” the Israel Police said in a statement.

“Search and rescue teams are operating in the area where the report was received regarding the impact,” the military said in a separate statement.

The military said the Israeli Air Force was investigating why it failed to intercept the drone.

Surveillance camera footage shows the moment an explosive drone struck a hotel in Israel's southernmost city of Eilat.

The strike caused damage but no injuries.

The IDF said the drone was launched "from the east," usually code for Yemen.

After the drone hit the hotel, the IDF announced that two more drones fired from Yemen were intercepted by the Israeli Air Force. No sirens sounded, “according to protocol,” the army said.

Later Thursday evening, the Houthis fired a missile toward central Israel, sending millions of Israelis into shelters as sirens sounded across a wide swath of the country.

The IDF said the ballistic missile had been intercepted by air defenses. No injuries or damage were reported.

Sirens had sounded in Tel Aviv, Herzliya, Holon, Petah Tikva, Modiin, Rishon Lezion, Beit Shemesh, Jerusalem and other areas.

In a statement, the Yemeni group said it launched a ballistic missile at a “sensitive Israeli military target” in Tel Aviv.

The Houthis also said they’d launched multiple drones at Israel throughout Thursday, with three aimed at targets in Eilat, and another aimed at a “sensitive target” in Beersheba. Some of them likely fell short before reaching the country’s borders.

The Houthis have targeted the area of Eilat repeatedly in recent weeks, with a drone earlier this month hitting the Ramon Airport outside the city, causing damage and lightly wounding one person.
