Independent Druze and Kurdish States

Press Release from Kurdish media Rojava providing leaked details of IFD-Druze meetings to develop a separate Druze state in S Syria, which matches much of the IDF actions in Syria this past year. Also, IDF has reportedly mapped out a gameplan to establish a Kurdish state in N Syria following the Druze model. US is reportedly in concurrence with all of these plans. As we have seen, US CENTCOM continues to deploy missions in Syria.

Rojava Network -- Leaked information says a meeting was held recently at the headquarters of the Northern Command of the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF). The meeting included representatives of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, officials from the Israeli army, and several Druze community leaders from Israel and from Suweida province.

They discussed urgent mechanisms to support Sweida, international projects and open humanitarian crossings between Tel Aviv and Suweida after the horrific massacres recently committed there by HTS terrorists led by Julani regime.

Main decisions of the meeting:
According to the leaked report, Druze leaders agreed to declare Suweida independence under a political system similar to Cyprus.

Israel promised to support this project politically, militarily, and economically, and to push for gradual international recognition. Netanyahu personally confirmed in the meeting that Israel would back this plan in the UN Security Council.

Part of the agreement:

• Formation of a local defense force from Suweida residents, trained and armed under Druze officers and Israeli Druze officers.
• Full logistical and intelligence support from the Israeli army.
• Protection of Druze areas against attacks from HTS regime.
• Investment in advanced solar energy projects to provide electricity independent of Damascus.
• These projects would be managed jointly by Israeli experts and Druze investors from the diaspora and from Israel.

Netanyahu stressed that the Druze are strategic allies of Israel, and that the area represents a zone of strategic depth for the State of Israel. He also reassured Druze elders that Israel’s intervention would be humanitarian, that Israel would not interfere in their sovereignty, decisions, or policies.

Additional plans include medical support, developing hospitals, building urgent care centers, and supporting cancer patients and those with chronic illnesses who are suffering due to the siege and lack of medicine. Support would escalate depending on the situation on the ground.

The leak also mentioned that Israel has prepared a backup plan to protect Kurds in Syria. According to the same Israeli military source, Israel is studying the possibility of applying the “Suweida model” to the Kurdish regions in northeast Syria if repression escalates, or if military operations are launched against them by HTS regime, by Turkey-backed terrorists, or if sectarian/tribal strife is stirred up.

The official pointed out: people may accuse the Kurds of “relying on Israel,” but it is the HTS regime itself that is driving them to seek outside support.

The official added: there is even a possibility of creating a joint Druze-Kurdish alliance under indirect Israeli protection, a unified political, military, and economic front, linking Druze in southern Syria with Kurds in the northeast. This could include joint training of the so-called “Suweida Defense Forces” (now the official term) together with the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF), to form a strong allied army, with logistical support from Israel.

Although the Kurds of northeast Syria have not requested this yet, Israel has already drafted plans: if they come under attack, whether by the regime, by tribal unrest, or by Turkey, Israel is prepared to provide protection and support.

Here we come to the U.S. guarantees: the source says Israel is playing freely in the region, shaping events as it wants, but there are also indirect U.S. guarantees. The source believes Washington is aware of this plan, because coordination with it is direct. The source thinks Washington knows of these political and military schemes and supports them discreetly, publicly saying one thing, but working behind the scenes, as usual.

The source added that Washington is likely quietly supporting these plans, especially since the Syrian Kurds are long-time U.S. allies, whether in northeast Syria or Kurdistan region. They are tested, reliable, civilized, capable of developing their regions, and have been effective in the war against ISIS.

Only three days ago, the Pentagon issued a report and recommendations to Congress, stating that the national security of Syrian Kurds and northeast Syria is considered U.S. national security—and that this is a red line.

The source believes Washington views this within the framework of the “New Middle East Project.” Damascus continues in its old ways, but Washington may quietly back this operation, especially since the Kurds are trusted allies in the U.S. war on terrorism.

Hamas gunmen suddenly stormed out of several tunnels to attack an IDF post. The soldiers managed to repel the attack, leaving 10 terrorists dead. 1 IDF soldier was seriously wounded, 2 with minor injuries. According to Israeli media Hamas aimed to abduct soldiers (dead or alive).


One operative got run over by a tank (see vid).










Remaining terrorists retreated towards the tunnels, as drones and Merkava tanks went after them, leaving many dead on the ground.

A double Israeli strike on a hospital in Gaza killed 20 people including journalists and health workers, according to the outlets they worked for, the World Health Organization and the Hamas-run health ministry.

At least one person was killed in an initial strike, and others in a second attack minutes later as rescuers and journalists attended the scene at Nasser hospital in Khan Younis.

The five journalists worked for international media outlets, including the Associated Press, Reuters, Al Jazeera and Middle East Eye.

Later on Monday, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu called the incident a "tragic mishap" which Israel "deeply regrets" and said military authorities were "conducting a thorough investigation".

The first strike hit at around 10:00 local time, medical staff at Nasser said.

There was "mass panic... chaos", said a British medical professional working at the hospital, who was treating patients in the intensive care unit at the time.

Approximately 10 minutes later there was another blast in the same spot, the medical professional said, adding that medical staff had been planning their escape from the building when the second strike hit.

The hospital's emergency department, inpatient ward, and surgical unit was hit, according to the World Health Organization. Its head Dr Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus said the emergency staircase was also damaged.

A livestream by Al Ghad TV shows several emergency workers responding to the first strike near the top floor of Nasser Hospital, as a number of journalists in the background film what's happening.

A staircase, where journalists often gather to broadcast from, is visible in the video. A strike then directly hits the emergency workers and reporters, sending smoke and rubble in the air. At least one body is visible in the aftermath.

A separate video, filmed from the same staircase, shows the aftermath of the strike. Bodies can be seen on the staircase, as medics respond to the attack.

Another clip, filmed in front of the main entrance of Nasser hospital, shows a medical worker holding up bloodied clothes to the camera, before an explosion sends people running for cover.

The British medical professional described seeing "trails of blood all over the floor" and "absolute scenes of chaos, disbelief, and fear".
