If you look at the video before this one( the one with guys firing RPG's at IDF ), you see that they don't wear uniforms. They fight in civilian clothes and if they get shot, they are written off as civilian casualties.

Out of the hundreds of Hamas and palestinian terrorists in action I've seen in videos, I could count on one hand the number that wore military uniforms. Yes, it gives cunts at the UN like that italian grandstander in charge of "special reports on causalities in Gaza" (is that even a real thing?) the fuel to make asinine claims that the vast majority of palestinians killed were civilians and innocent non-combatants.
