I agree, but Israel can't, Israel is a western democracy which abide by the notion of human rights in the 21st century. Though there are many effective methods, Israel cannot take a page out of China's play book of "vocational schools for muslims", nor can Israel take a page out of Nigeria's "cut down the tall trees".

It's going to take a while, maybe our son's sons can see the resolution to the conflict.

Yeah but how often should they fight the same war over and over again? Always surprise attacks, hostages....Isreali victory... Rinse and repeat 10 years later, when the Palestinians got patched up by UN aid and foreign tax payer money.

They should figure out a way to just end it for good. They just can't live together. And yes, throw out UN and all other NGOs complicit in this cyclejerk of death.

Part of a press briefing by a young Israeli woman who was abducted from the festival as a hostage in the October 7 Hamas attack.

Qassam Brigades released a new hostage video. This time IDF Pvt Liri Albag. As all captive female soldiers, abduced from Nahal Oz base. Its notable that it was her second day on that base. She just completed basic training and graduated as lookout operator. On duty less than 48h, now over 400 days in Hamas captivity.

In the recent vid she really looks done. According to subtitles she introduces herself and talks to her relatives. A section where she talks about some of the other captives was censored out. She mentions that one of her fellow soldiers has been severely wounded (in captivity) and that they need to get freed. Spiced up with alot propaganda: Israeli gouvernment is responsible for her suffering, they fear the IDF etc. etc.

Its probably done by purpose. After Hannukka is over, things are heating up again. Alot airstrikes in central Gaza and Division 98 along with other elite units is currently deployed. Likely to attack central Gaza, after the northern parts like Jabalia have been cleared out.
