The attack appears to be carried out with an RPG-7 Launcher with locally-made "TBG" Thermobaric Tandem rocket.

It wasn’t thermobaric and it wasn’t tandem. They barely have the capacity to fire a regular warhead let alone make one locally. Headline news buzzwords to make it sound cool but the weapon you describe doesn’t exist and neither does their capacity to make it.

Confirmed by Israel one dead.

������*☠️ This morning, a Hamas fighter launched a thermobaric rocket, a powerful RPG, towards a building housing occupied soldiers near the Nasser Hospital in Khan Yunis, located in the southern part of the Gaza Strip. As a result of the attack, 21-year-old Sergeant Major Alan Kudryashov from Modi'in, a fighter in the Egoz unit of the Commando Formation, was killed, and 16 soldiers were injured, with 6 of them sustaining serious injuries.
