Al Quds hospital and Ranteesi are now totally evacuated and empty without bloodshet. Al Shifa will be probably next, hopefully without making it a battlefield. When IDF takes over, this suffering propaganda competition will be finally over.

Could be caused by debris thrown by an explosion. But that could be anyone's head. Still, she shouldn't have been there to begin with.
